Nilotica Shea Butter — Pader, Northern Uganda

Collected from wild-growing Vitellaria nilotica trees that thrive across the savannah plains of Northern Uganda. The shea nuts are hand-gathered and traditionally sun-dried by women’s cooperatives, then cold-pressed into a naturally soft, creamy butter rich in oleic acid, vitamins, and restorative plant lipids.
For many women in Pader, the shea trade has become a pathway to rebuild stability and economic independence after years of conflict — transforming a native tree into a source of dignity, income, and community resilience.

Moringa Oil — Masindi District, Uganda

Grown on gently rolling, sun-drenched hills where moringa trees are cultivated organically. The region shares its district with the world-famous Murchison Falls National Park — a landscape known for its rich biodiversity, sweeping savannah, and wildlife corridors.

Vanilla Beans — Crater Lakes Region, Uganda

Sourced from the enchanting volcanic crater lakes of Western Uganda, where fertile soils and warm mist create world-class vanilla. The aroma is naturally complex: creamy, floral, and deeply calming.

Our founder visited each of these regions herself, partnering directly with the growers — ensuring fair pricing, and a supply chain rooted in relationship, not extraction.

Massage the balm directly onto skin from the push-up tube.
If the balm feels firm in cold weather, warm the end against your palm for a few seconds before applying.

Organic Nilotica Shea Butter

A rare East African shea butter known for its naturally soft, creamy texture and high oleic content. Melts easily on contact to replenish moisture, smooth rough areas, and support the skin’s protective barrier — without the waxy feel of traditional shea.

Organic Moringa Seed Oil

A deeply conditioning botanical oil rich in omega-9 fatty acids, antioxidants, and plant sterols. Helps soften dry or weather-stressed skin while absorbing quickly, leaving a nourished, comfortable finish.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A traditional emollient oil that enhances spreadability and provides lasting moisture. Contains naturally occurring squalene and polyphenols that help keep the skin feeling supple and supported.

Organic Beeswax

Creates a breathable, protective layer that helps reduce moisture loss in dry, cold, or windy conditions. Provides structure to the balm without petroleum, silicones, or synthetic occlusives.

Organic Vanilla Bean Infusion

Whole organic vanilla beans infused slowly in oil, releasing gentle antioxidant compounds and a soft, comforting aroma. Adds a subtle warmth to the balm while helping the skin feel calm and conditioned — no synthetic fragrance.

Organic Calendula Flower Extract

A long-revered botanical used in traditional herbal care to comfort dry, delicate, or easily irritated skin. Adds a soothing element that pairs especially well with winter-exposed or sensitive skin.

Wild Cape Chamomile Essential Oil

A rare South African chamomile with a naturally sweet, apple-like scent. Rich in plant esters known for calming the feel of irritated or reactive skin, making it suitable for family use and gentle care routines.

Vitamin E (Tocopherol)

A natural antioxidant that helps maintain the freshness of the balm’s plant oils while also supporting the skin’s moisture barrier.
